Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions for Getzella.com

Introduction:

Welcome to the Affiliate Program of Unique Trades LLC, the owner of Getzella.com. Our affiliate network program (“Program”) allows affiliates to earn commission on sales made to customers referred to Getzella.com vendors through affiliate links. These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Program.

Eligibility:

To participate in the Program, you must be at least 18 years old, possess a valid tax ID, and agree to these Terms. Getzella.com reserves the right to reject any affiliate for any reason, at its sole discretion.

Commission Structure:

Affiliates will earn a commission on each sale made to a customer referred to participating sellers on Getzella.com through the affiliate’s unique link generated for approved affiliates. The commission rate is determined by Getzella.com and may be changed at any time, Getzella.com is currently paying 7% commission on all approved affiliate referred sales. 

Payment of Commission:

Commissions will be paid to affiliates on a monthly basis, following the return policy set by the seller of the item, subject to a minimum payment threshold. Payments will be made via Stripe Connect or PayPal depending on which payment method the Affialite has signed up for.

Link Placement:

Affiliates must place their links in a legal manner that does not infringe on the rights of any third party. Links must not be placed in any way that is misleading, deceptive, or that diminishes the value of the GetZella.com brand.

Prohibited Activities:

Affiliates may not engage in activities that violate these Terms, or that are illegal, unethical, or misleading. This includes, but is not limited to, spamming, creating fake reviews, or promoting GetZella.com through unauthorized copyrighted material.

Termination:

Unique Trades LLC, the owner of Getzella.com, may terminate an affiliate’s participation in the Program at any time, for any reason, and without prior notice. Upon termination, the affiliate must remove all links and promotional materials related to GetZella.com.

Limitation of Liability:

Getzella.com and Unique Trades LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program.

Disputes:

Any disputes arising from the Program between the affiliate and the seller will be resolved through Getzella.com according to the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement.

New Vendor Referral Commission:

Affiliates may also earn a $10 commission for referring new vendors to Getzella.com. This commission will be subject to verification of the new vendor account and will only be paid after the new vendor verifies their account and lists at least 2 new products for sale on Getzella.com.

Getzella.com reserves the right to withhold or delay payment if the new vendor fails to verify their account or list the required number of products within a reasonable timeframe, as determined by Getzella.com.

Modification:

Getzella.com and Unique Trades LLC reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, at their sole discretion. The modified Terms will be effective immediately upon posting to the Getzella.com website.

Governing Law:

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

By participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
