Definitions:

Seller: Refers to the owner of the online store on GetZella.com, who receives the order for the purchase.

Buyer: Refers to the individual, organization, company or entity placing the order.

Goods or services: Refers to the product(s) for which the buyer has placed an order with the seller.

 

Payment:

Payment is required upon completion of the order.

Failure to make payment or a declined payment method will result in the order not being processed/fulfilled and no items will be shipped.

Non-payment will result in the forfeiture of ownership of any items.

We accept most major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express), PayPal and Stripe as forms of payment.

 

Shipping Policies:

The seller is responsible for the shipping costs, unless stated otherwise in the listing.

The seller cannot be held responsible for any damage that occurs during shipping, but please contact us for assistance in such cases.

The seller will take reasonable measures to protect the services or materials provided to the buyer from loss, damage, or destruction.

All order ships within one business day from the day payment is completed. Order cut off time is 4PM CST

Cancellation:

An order can be cancelled until the payment has been processed.

Once the payment is processed, the buyer is responsible for the payment.

Complaints:

Any complaints regarding items or the seller should be submitted to our support team via email at support@getzella.com.

Resolutions are not guaranteed, as each case will be assessed individually and the seller will initiate contact.

Legalities:

The seller is not liable for any health or safety concerns once the buyer has received the goods or services.

If any harm arises from the purchased items, the seller bears no responsibility.

Any dispute arising from the use of this website is subject to the laws of the state of Illinois.
